Will definitely stay again!

We were a group of 12 staying for a cheer competition. We had 6 adults and 6 kids between the ages of 9 and 13. We are absolutely in love with this location. The condo was beautiful and clean! The view was amazing. The location is perfect! We could not hear any noise from other condos and the desk staff was very friendly at check in. This was my first time ever booking a VRBO and it was so easy

Awesome place and experience

This was a fantastic place to stay! Our families had a great time and lots of things to do at this property. The owner was great to work with and readily available for any questions we had leading up to our vacation. We would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Spring break for our family with our friends

6 adults and 6 kids. We had the best week together! Loved the condo and facilities! Used the gym, the pool, and the beach! Loved being located directly across the road from an entry point to the Gulf State Park Nature trail pathways. We walked and ran miles and miles this week, every morning. The location is perfect! Even loved the coffee and smoothies across the road and ice cream just up the road walking distance. We ate at so many great places this week. Our favorite was Fisherman’s Corner in Perdido. We would choose staying at this location again and again for all the amenities within reach!

The condo was excellent. Only issues we had which wasnt that bad was outlets above wet bar didnt work and there was no hair dyers in bathrooms. Maybe i misread it but thought it said there will be ones in each bathroom. Again wasnt a huge deal for us but could be for someone else. Floors was dirty. Feet were black from walking around. The fees we have to pay for cleaning they could do better on that front

Christmas in October

I usually take my children and grandchildren on a trip the week after Christmas as their Christmas present. This year our school district gave us a week off for fall break and we decided that we wanted a beach trip for Christmas in October. After looking at numerous condos, we settled on this one. We are so glad we did. It was perfect and one of the best trips we have ever had. The condo was so spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. My kids and grandkids alike loved the lazy river and all of the indoor outdoor swimming areas, the weather was perfect. We spent as much time on the beach and in the pools as possible. We will be returning next year if at all possible.

We have been coming to Orange Beach for almost 10 years but this was our first time to stay at Phoenix Gulf Towers. The facility was amazing. The lazy river, the slide We loved our condo. Kelly Patterson was great. we plan to come again next year.

This place was everything we wanted and more! Relaxing beach trip us! There was plenty of room for us to have our own space, short walk to beach, plenty of restaurants close by! We definitely will book again!

We were very pleased with everything.

The layout of the rooms worked out perfect for our family. The floors were not clean. Might want to invest in a bigger mop to clean with. All of our feet were black. I do plan to book again next year.

Moms/kids getaway

We loved this property! It is spacious, well appointed, and clean. The ease of parking on the same level as the condo was so nice. Our children loved the lazy river and the slide! The access to the beach was also fantastic, and the use of the owner’s closet for storage of our beach gear made everything so convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Enjoyable beach front stay

Overall the condo was great. It has 4 bedrooms and very roomy, it was also immaculately clean, which is rare. The walk to the beach is relatively short through indoor pool and outdoor lazy river, which was important to us with a baby and our elderly grandmas staying with us. The condo is very true to description, decor is very calming and enjoyable. We asked the owner for a couple of things and owner responded quickly and was very courteous, addressed the issues. The only things to know, if you are planning to cook a lot: there was only one big pot and a few small ones, nice big frying pan, and a few smaller ones; I would bring a good knife and any specialized tools like a grater or garlic press if planning on using, as the kitchen equipment just covered all the bases. Overall, we were able to cook what we needed. The beds were very comfortable, but pillows were a bit high for our preference. Indoor pool and water slide were a big plus for the kids. Would definitely recommend.

Family vacation

The property is very nice and everything was clean and in working order. The unit was just as pictured and worked well space wise for our group of 11. Having access to owner's storage for all the beach gear was a huge plus. The only drawback was the lack of large pots and skillets. It was a challenge to cook for a large group with what is provided. We would certainly stay at this unit again!
