Located across the street from Cotton Bayou beach access, this 4th floor, 3 Bedroom/2 Bath room unit features updated kitchen and seating with a beautiful view of the Gulf. 3rd bedroom is a loft with a twin over full bunk and twin trundle which is perfect for kids. The sofa is a sleeper making the unit sleep up to 11. Additional features are an oversized, plush bath towels, washer/dryer, outdoor pool and gym. Walking distance from Publix, a public boat ramp, and Coastal; among many other places. Has DEEDED PARKING.
The condo is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.

3 day getaway
Our stay was the best on the 4th floor with a beautiful over look of the ocean, very comfortable it was 12 of us and we still had more space to spare. This was our first time in Orange Beach, Alabama and we’re definitely coming back again and hopefully we can stay at this same condo. Everything was amazing!!! Nothing negative to say about our stay. 100% recommend. Also, we left the place the way we received it :)
