There is an over-sized side-by-side refrigerator/freezer which has an ice and water dispenser in the door. The kitchen is fully stocked for those evenings of eating in. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for relaxing nights after a busy day at the beach. The master bathroom has a new updated vanity area, including upgraded sinks and faucets, granite tops, mirrors and an additional new cabinet, as well as, updated porcelain tiled shower. The second bedroom has two full beds with new memory foam mattresses, a chest of drawers and a matching night stand . On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
