2 bedroom awesome apartment in Lovran

On the Opatija Riviera, in the small village of Ika near the sea and the beach, you will find this house with two functionally furnished holiday apartments on the upper floor with a minimum height of approx. 160 cm. The apartments are accessible from the ground floor, while the apartments on the other side are on the second floor. Relax in the spacious grounds with various Mediterranean plants, flowers and fruit trees. There is also a shared barbecue at your disposal. The pool in the garden offers refreshment on hot summer days. Both flats offer a marvellous panoramic view of the sea from the terrace. Ika is a small fishing and tourist town near the famous Opatija Riviera, where you can enjoy numerous cultural and sporting events. The Uka Nature Park is also worth a visit. Right next to Ika are the town of Lovran and the famous tourist town of Opatija. Taste local gastronomic specialities in nearby restaurants. For refreshment in the summer heat, there are many beautiful beaches in Ika itself as well as in Medveja, Moenika Draga and Brse.

gut: ruhige Lage mit schönem Blick über die Bucht; Pool gut aber meistens im Schatten; kleiner Parkplatz am Haus; große Schlafzimmer mit praktischen Einbauschränken schlecht: Betten durchgelegen; Bad viel zu klein und WC eingeklemmt hinter Waschbecken; Abfluss stinkt; Küche sehr karge Ausstattung, unsauber; im Kühlschrank fehlt TK-Fach trotz Beschreibung; bei 12-tägigem Aufenthalt kein Handtuchwechsel

Einschränkungen vorhanden dafür guter Preis

Landschaftlich schön gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon. Pool sehr sauber. Restaurants fußläufig in Lovran erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind im Kontakt freundlich zurückhaltend. Küche in der Ferienwohnung lädt bedingt zum kochen ein. Mir fehlten ein Schneidebrett in vernünftiger Größe, 4 Frühstücksteller und eine Tiefkühlmöglichkeit im Kühlschrank. Ein Laken/ Überzug für das Sofa wäre auch gut. Dusche ohne Syphonverschluss. WC bei leichter körperlicher Einschränkung nicht gut erreichbar Eigentümer investiert in Immoblie (Dach gedeckt)
