Njivice is a popular vacation resort on the island of Krk. The villa is located near the sea but still not far from the center of the town. The interior is cozy and appealing. From the spacious terraces there is a breathtaking view of the sea. The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, where a pool dominates the courtyard. Once a small fishing village, Njivice is now a tourist place that offers peace, relaxation and recreation not only in summer, but also in spring and early autumn. In the village and in the surrounding area there are marked hiking, biking and horse riding trails, as well as a diving center. There is also a dog beach in the place.
