Perfectly located holiday home with a private pool

This newly redecorated house with a private swimming pool is located near the main road in Stanići, Omiš and only 100 meters from the beach.

All the important content for enjoying your holiday is within 5 minutes of walking from the house - markets, restaurants, cafe bar, bakery, fruit stand and of course the beach.

The house consists of two double bed bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds.
It has a beautiful, panoramic terrace at the top of the house equipped with a kitchen, dining area, TV and a small bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with an AC.

The pool area also contains two more indoor places - one with a small kitchen, living room and bathroom and the other with a pool table and a small darts board.

The property also includes two private parking places in front of the house.
In case you don't plan to rent a car, we can offer a transport service as well.

We are open regarding pet policy and usually accept groups bringing their pets on vacation but as a precaution (because of some "bad experiences"), the property is marked with a "no-pets policy". Please reach out to us for any questions about this.

Last, but not least - we give our best in trying to make the house as sustainable as possible by investing in energy-efficient appliances (ACs, LED lighting), being mindful of water conservation when maintaining the swimming pool, encouraging waste recycling and using solar energy.

Lovely villa with beautiful views

We had a fabulous stay in Stanići, the villa was just as the pictures show, spacious and clean with wonderful views over Brac island. Mateo was on hand if we needed anything and gave us some great tips on places to swim in the Cetina river which is a must. Omiš is near by and a beautiful town nestled either side of the Cetina river which was great for booking activities and eating dinner. There are a couple of restaurants across the road and one on the beach which was great after a swim. We would definitely recommend staying in this villa in this beautiful part of the country. Thank you for being super hosts.

Lovely holiday home, close enough to a few restaurants & shops but not touristy at all. Owner very accommodating & if you use Tomislav for your taxi needs he is fantastic. Absolutely beautiful beach, which makes the trek back uphill worthwhile, but not for the elderly or less mobile.

This is a fantastic place to stay. There is not a huge amount to do in the immediate area, but the purpose of our holiday was to switch off and relax, and this was the perfect spot. There are 3 or 4 restaurants within a few minutes walk, along with a small mini market and a great little fruit stand. The beach is a few hundred meters away, albeit down a lot of steps so be prepared for that. The house itself is fantastic and spread over 4 floors so you need to be good with stairs! At the bottom is a lovely little swimming pool along with a kitchenette and games room which was a big hit with our adult sons. Up one level is an en suite double bedroom, up again for another double room, a twin room and bathroom and finally at the top is a well equipped kitchen and roof terrace perfect to watch the sun go down. Mateo is a wonderful host, nothing is too much trouble, and Tomislav the taxi is the most helpful and amenable driver you will meet. If you want a home from home switch off in the sun, this is the place for you. Thank you for having us.

Tour of Croatia

The house provided a very nice place to tour various parts of Croatia or to relax and enjoy the walking-distance beach and pool. We also enjoyed kayaking and hiking to the fortresses in nearby Omis. The rooms in the house were comfortable and the ocean views were very enjoyable. Small challenges with the house were the three floors (four if you count the pool area), and you need to come with some basic supplies that are often provided by a vrbo but were not found at this house like bath soap, shampoo, paper towels, laundry soap. Overall, a very nice stay though, and the hosts were very pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay. Mateo was very accommodating and helpful with our child. He set up a cot and brought over a high chair and play pen. The place was fantastic. Close to beaches and supermarkets. The view was incredible. Omiš is a lovely nearby town.

We had an amazing stay in Stanici, Croatia. The host was brill and always on hand if we had any questions. The pool was excellent - the kids loved it and it had plenty of sun throughout the day. The pool room was a hit with the children and the downstairs bathroom came in handy after being in the pool. Beds extremely comfy and great views from the top floor balcony. Had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to family & friends groups. Would return!

Wonderful stay in a fabulous property.

We have just returned from the most fabulous holiday. This is a fantastic property with everything you could wish for provided. Mateo and Kristina are wonderful hosts, so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The proprty is of the highest quality. Having an additional kitchen, shower and toilet next to the pool was an added bonus. The location is excellent, right next to the beach with wonderful views. Omis (10 minutes away) is beautiful and has an excellent supermarket. I would highly recommend this property and area ( but only if you are fine with stairs!). Thank you Mateo for a fantastic holiday opportunity.

Great place and location with brilliant hosts.

Great communication throughout from Mateo and a fantastic warm welcome from his sister, Kristina. Lovely accommodation with great facilities and pool out the back. Excellent location, close to beaches and easy access to Omis with its excellent restaurants and from where we did white water rafting and zip lining. Brilliant little fruit shop, bakery, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.

Based on the photos we did not have a real image of how the house is arranged.

some furniture in the sleeping rooms is obsolete, one small room was without AC but the living kitchen and terrace on the upper floor are great for having breakfast and for evening sittings. Generally speaking, we were satisfied. There is a need to know that the distance to the beach is maybe 100 m but on the way down and up there are about 100 steep steps.

A superb Dalmatian stay!

First off, Mateo is a wonderful host - super communicative, responsive and so very helpful with every single question or special request we had! We drove to the house from the Split airport and suffice it to say - coming down the short driveway to the parking spot in front of the house does require a fair amount of driving confidence. That said, you have your own big parking space right out front. The 3 story house (really 4 when you count the pool level) was absolutely immaculate upon our arrival. We were a family of 6 and used all 3 bedrooms (the master on ground floor with a gorgeous en suite bathroom, the king bedroom and the 2 single bed one on the 2nd floor, which share a bathroom). All beds were exceptionally comfortable and the bathrooms were all newly installed. There are 3 shower bathrooms in the house & 5 toilets! The bigger bedrooms both have balconies overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the top level open roof terrace gets the best view of stunning sunsets. The top level is a dining area/kitchen with brand new appliances. As you walk outside the front door of the house, you will find a stone fire grill and the steps leading to the swimming pool. There you have a small apartment with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, as well as a bathroom. Plus another separate room with a pool table! The house is bizarre in layout, but pristine and comfortable and with lots of privacy between the bedrooms. We pretty much fell in love with it. If you don’t get enough cardio workout moving across the different floors of the house, you will get quite enough going down a roughly 300 step pathway to the beach. Going down is a pickle compared to the hike back up the stairs. The beach is beautiful - busy, but we walked to quieter spots and found some of the best snorkeling areas. Across the street from the house you will find a restaurant called Espana, which Mateo recommended and where we ended up eating most nights - fabulous food and service! There is a small but well stocked supermarket right next door. The drive to the nearby Omis is about 7 min. There, you can book river trips or zip lining and walk the narrow streets of this charming town. Also, you can find a small touring info stand just steps from the house on the main road (passed a great fruit and veggies stand). If you drive farther south, we’d recommend visiting the town of Makarska. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Mateo!

Cudowny dom z prywatnym basenem, położony 5 minut pieszo od plaży, zejscie tuż przy domu schodami. Na 3 kondygnacjach 2 duże przestronne sypialnie, pokój dla dzieci z 2 łóżkami pojedyńczymi, do tego 2 komfortowe łazienki i 2 dodatkowe toalety. Livingroom z aneksem kuchennym wyposażonym we wszystkie niezbędne urządzenia, rozsuwanymi drzwiami na tarasem z cudownym widokiem na zatokę i wyspę Brač. Sterylna czystość. Bezbłędna komunikacja z właścielami nieruchomości sprawiła że urlop był ogromną przyjemnością. Trzeba wziąść pod uwagę że wybrzeże Adriatyku jest strome i schody są codziennością, jednakże dla nas nie były uciążliwe. W okolicy w promieniu 100-150 metrów piekarnia, stoisko ze świeżymi owocami i warzywami, 2 sklepy spożywcze, restauracje. Do Omiš 8 minut samochodem. Na plaży beachbar, prysznic ze słodką wodą. Super miejscówka do zwiedzania Dalmacji z możliwoscią stacjonarnego odpoczynku na niezatłoczonej plaży. Polecam

We spent our summer vacation with our 2 kids, 1 and 3 years old, at Mateos place. Mateo has been a great host. He reached out already after the booking and asked if we have any special needs for the kids and prepared everything perfectly. His place is beautiful, everything you could ever need during that time is available and more. The interior design has been done tastefully. The amount of bedrooms and space is unbelievable. The Billard room and additional kitchen, living room and bathroom next to the pool is super convenient. Our oldest son loved the pool and my wife and I enjoyed the evenings on the terrace watching the sun set, having good conversations and a glass of wine. We had a great time and we can absolutely recommend this place.

Mateo ist ein sehr engagierter Vermieter, alle unsere Wünsche wurden prompt erfüllt. Als wir die Zufahrt im Dunklen nicht fanden, kam er sofort und fuhr selbst. Auch zusätzliche Decken nach kälteren Nächten kamen auf Anfrage gleich. Die Terrasse ist phantastisch, ein wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer. Bäder alle neu, Matratzen auch. Leider 1 Zimmer zur Straße gelegen, die sehr befahren ist, daher nicht besonders ruhig dort. Auch die Bebauung rundherum ist dichter, als wir das dachten. Daher 1 Stern Abzug.

Beautiful house, marvellous location and incredibly courteous host

We spent our summer holidays here this year and have been 100% satisfied. The house is really cosy and spacious, the air conditioning works flawlessly, the kids loved the private pool as well as the beach, we watched the sunset almost every evening from our balcony, I could go on and on.
