The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with a king and queen on the main level, plus a queen and two full beds in the lower level. Two bathrooms are located on the main level, one next to the dining room and the second in the primary suite. The third bathroom is in the lower level. Fresh linens, a washer and dryer with detergent, and thoughtful touches make extended stays easy and comfortable.

Head outside to the covered patio to enjoy meals at the outdoor table or challenge each other to a game of cornhole. It’s the perfect setup for morning coffee, family dinners, or evening relaxation. There's a charcoal grill available for outdoor meals, guests need to provide their own supplies.

It's a big house that can sleep a lot of people, but sounds travel easily throughout the house. From the living rooms to the bedrooms....from bedrooms upstairs to downstairs. There are a lot of blankets in the house making it nice and cozy, but they turned the furnace room into a bedroom which was tough to sleep in. We really enjoyed the pool table and having some games to play together during our time!It was misleading that the main level requires a half flight of stairs to access, which was hard on the elderly in our group. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and only 1 bathroom with a tiny shower, so the logistics were a bit constrained on the bathroom front. For being able to accommodate a large group to sleep, there wasn't much for dining seating or cookware but there was plenty of seating if you include the couches.

This house was a great place for our family to stay for a few days over spring break. Sarah was extremely responsive and helpful. The five bedrooms allowed our family to spread out. The 16month old even got a bedroom. We appreciated that there was a pack-n-play and high chair. The house was very clean. A couple of recommendations we would make for the future…. While there were plenty of plates and bowls, there was a limited number of drinking glasses (4). There also wasn’t any glass cookware/serving dishes. It would be helpful to have more hand towels for the bathrooms. The last thing is that the temperature was very hard to regulate. The basement was very cold and we couldn’t make it so it was comfortable on both levels. We still had a great time and would recommend this home!

Family affair

This property was perfect for our group. We brought our kids and grandkids to see more family and the zoo and other places. It is large enough that we were not cramped and plenty of room for family to stop by, centrally located and easy to get anywhere. Our host was very friendly and responded to our messages promptly.

Our family had such a great stay at the Comfy Family and Kid friendly home! The space was beautiful and everything we needed four our family.
