We weren't looking for anything over the top, and that is what we got. The price was right for the stay.

We were on the first floor, upon entering the room it smelled, the bed's matress was low to the ground and you could see it was worn out. On the bed was a dirty red velvet cover at the foot...I suppose to keep the comforter clean. It gave me a feeling of do I want to sleep in this room. I am embarrassed for a name like Comfort Inn, to accept this kind of dank space.

Front desk staff friendly and helpful, but room staff no so much. The hotel ran out of bath towels, and when asking staff, they made no suggestions, or otherwise did not solve the problem until we suggested stealing from a vacant room. What kind of hotel runs out of towels with a staff of 6 standing around? Very unprofessional.

Well I had rung the counter top bell, dialed zero as the sign had asked to do if no one was at the front counter, knocked repeatedly on the off door and finally decided to unload my car and still could not get a hold of anyone at the front counter. Exhausted from the three hours of stop and go traffic, I took a breath and knocked on the office door one more time. I heard some stirring in the office so I knocked again to hopefully get someone's attention. Finally after 15 minutes, a gal had come around the corner and I said I would like to check in. She cheerfully apologized that she was not yet qualified to check in patrons and would get someone for me. After a minute a young guy come around the corner (Steve) and without even acknowledging me as a patron he blurts "let's have your license and credit card". Aghast, I broke out the demanded credentials and handed them over. That's when things went south, this absent minded rude individual began to give my credit card and license the usual scan but then this joker decides it's a good idea to hold my credentials up in front of his face, looking back and forth over the top of them comparing them to me standing there. Ok a quick glance, maybe I can see that, but he held them there doing the back and forth thing for way too long. Feeling like I was in a line up being scrutinized I tried to break up the now awkward situation by lightly saying "well would you like a DNA sample as well" that's when he started with the mocking toned

Decent and basic hotel. Easy to find, right off I-5 , but far enough from freeway noise. Clean rooms and surroundings. Breakfast bar available although we left very early to catch our river guide so were not able to sample the menu. The front office attendee was kind enough to serve us coffee and juice so early in the morning.

This hotel was in a good location and was comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was air conditioned. My one complaint was that the window did not have room darkening drapes that would close. What was there were small and for looks only.

Location was excellent to the sporting event. Pool, breakfast, parking wifi included which was convenient. Rooms need some updating and a good scrub, but the place served us well.

Staff vewry friendly and helpful, beds better than home. Nice breakfast.

Staff is very friendly. Very good brreakfast. Large comfortable room.

A good location for a trip between Portland and Seattle the best thing about the hotel was no surprises or problems. Bed was good and the shower strong. Staff was friendly

Near but protected by trees from the freeway, close to my week's meetings in Tumwater, and a few minutes from the State Capitol and Olympia. Small business center with computer, printer, etc. Small pool and exercise rooms, big hot tub: I wished there was a changing room next to these. Comfortable large room and bed, plus sofa area, table and chairs. Room has microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot; iron and board,

Really no complaints about the hotel, everything is in good and proper order. Good value for money.

Directions were clear and precise. Check-in was quick. Reception was pleasant and informative about restaurants and shopping. We were fifteen minutes away from our friends' residence and enjoyed Tumwater and Tenino. The accomodation, service, and breakfast compare very favourably with other inns we have visited.

clean, comfortable, easy access to freeway and surrounding area, helpful friendly staff

It was late at night and I got off the interstate too early and then was lost. The desk person talked me right to the hotel and was very nice about it.

Very good hotel, 4 miles from downtown Olympia, very quiet, even left my ipod by the pool and they are shipping it back to me. Room had an extra little living area we weren't expecting with a pullout couch and 2 tables so we could relax and eat in front of the bay window, not on the beds.

Reasonably new located in a very quiet area south of the capital.

breakfast very good every other day when along with the waffles etc, they had little egg omelets and sausages (and as always english muffins/bagels). On alternate days, instead they had biscuits and a (ugh! horrible) white "gravy"-- this I never ran into before at any comfort or quality inn and never expected in the north west!!!
