The villa has 3 bedrooms (up to 6 people) located on two floors, kitchen, living room, a large terrace, a magnificent garden, private pool with protection fence (on request), solarium and parking. Ideal to spend an unforgettable weekend of relaxation or a full vacation, practicing your favorite sports in an enviable climate and in a paradisiacal place. To help you enjoy, the chalet is equipped with wi-fi, a small library for adults and young people, PS2 with video games and some table games.

Buena ubicación / necesita mantenimiento

La ubicación de la casa al menos para nosotros es perfecta, zona tranquila y cercana a la playa. La casa necesita un mantenimiento, la Piscina tiene la madera carcomida, la ducha exterior llena de cal, alguna mosquitera rota. Nosotros nos quedamos con la sensación de que nadie preparo realmente la casa para nuestra llegada, encontramos colillas en la zona de la barbacoa, Pisciicna con falta de depuración, jardín poco cuidado. En el interior faltaban vasos mal tercer día reventó la mangeuera de la ducha de abajo. La comunicación con el dueño / mantenedor la vivienda fue en todo momento dinámico e incluso nos dotó de vasos y una manguera nueva casi de inmediato pero no del resto de cosas. Es una casa que pata el precio que tiene debería de estar mejor cuidada y conservada. Así como cuidar algunos detalles de la entrada.
