Welcome to this wonderful house in Oliva with capacity up to 8 people.
In the beautiful exteriors you will find a chlorine 7 x 4 m pool with a depth ranging from 1,2 to 2 meters, small garden equipped with table and chairs, also well equipped porch and a terrace overlooking the pool on the 1st floor with table and chairs.
This house with an area of 160 m2 is distributed over 2 floors. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor with double bed, and 2 on the 1st floor with double bed and air conditioning. There is availability for one crib and one highchair. There are 2 bathrooms with showers, one on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor.
In the cozy liing room you can find a sofa, 2 armchairs, table, TV, Air conditioning and a fireplace; the dining room is equipped with table and chairs, and the independent kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils. There is also washing machine, iron and ironing board.
In Oliva you can practice water sports such as sky-surfing or just go swimm and bask in the sun in its quiet sandy beaches.
You can also visit the traditional Thursday´s market, its beautiful old town of medieval period, the Moorish quarter of the suburb or its traditional festivals.
The accommodation is situated only 2 minutes from the equestrian center Oliva Nova, where you can take private lessons in horse riding or enjoy some state championship. The golf course, or the natural park Montgó and the salt source with beneficial properties for the skin are also very close.

Ubicación perfecta, menaje muy básico.
Lo mejor es la ubicación. Tener piscina siempre es un lujo, pero está poco cuidada. Es una casa muy espartana. Hemos echado en falta menaje básico como puede ser un colador, una paleta o espumadera de cocina, un recipiente donde poder hacer una ensalada, una sartén grande para poder freir para 8 personas (que es la capacidad de la casa), las dos que había eran pequeñas, como para freir un huevo. Y se agradecería alguna lampara en las mesillas de noche. Ah!! Y la luz del baño del piso de arriba, que no tiene lámpara en el techo, solo la bombilla del mueble de la pared, que era de potencia mínima y apenas se veía nada.
La casa tiene muy buen tamaño y la ducha en el patio se disfruta mucho. La zona es muy tranquila y familiar.

DEJA QUE DESEAR
Poco o nulo menaje de hogar. Sin sartenes ni hoyas ni practicamente nada para hacer comida para 8 personas. La barbacoa como tal no existe, tienen solamente una triste parrilla pequeña. Sin posibilidad de Internet ni solicitándolo y pagandolo aparte. Una pena con pocos cuidados esta casa estaría bastante bien. Necesita mejorar.
