Private: garden (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with shutter cover. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, tumble dryer. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop, outdoor swimming pool 17 km, indoor swimming pool 17 km, swimming bay 2 km, natural swimming pond 500 m. Tennis 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
4-room terraced house 96 m2 on 2 levels. Entrance hall. Exit to the garden, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). Shower/WC.
