Weekend with the Ladies

We had a wonderful overnight stay celebrating our bride-to -be with a mix of family and friends. Jason is a wonderful host and was very communicative throughout. The house was even better than the photos and we already can't wait to plan our next stay! We felt very much at home, the house has charm and character (we loved the wrap around porch for our morning coffee talk), the kitchen area was spacious and the hub for cooking and laughter. There were other areas to peel off too to have some quiet time and enough beds for us all (12 of us!). We are local to the area and it felt like a little get away. The only negative was that we all wish we could have stayed longer. Next time!

A great stay!

We had a wonderful time! House was clean, spacious, quiet, very close to the beach, walkable to the downtown/pier, and stocked with supplies. Jason was very helpful and responsive leading up to and during the trip. Will be hoping to return!

Great beach front stay!

We had a large group of friends gathered and this property fit us all comfortably! The closeness to the beach and to the pier was really great we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do there.

Awesome house - didn’t appreciate surprise request for extra $$ morning of check in

Planned for our wedding with family members. House doesn’t sleep 20 as advertised. Futon in kitchen/back entrance was not a sleeping option for us. Day of Checkin an additional $600 was requested when I thought we were paid in full. Was charged even for infant same as adult VRBO customer service was excellent negotiated - just didn’t like the last minute surprise the day of Checkin - I was upfront at booking with the numbers of children -but wasn’t invoiced for them initially is what appears to have been the issue

A Wonderful Birthday Celebration

An incredible 2 night stay in a warm wonderful Victorian beach house about 20yards from the ocean. it was my 80th birthday celebration with 7 dear friends…We ate well, walked the beach and definitely slept well. This house was very lovely. Perfect size for a large group. Loved the proximity to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for groups of 12 - 16 people

The location of the property is excellent; 2 minutes to the beach! The kitchen was pretty well stocked. There are plenty of dishes, cups, mugs and a pretty good selection of kitchen utensils and cookware. Bedrooms and common spaces were great. We did a big family slide show in the living room on night, played games in the kitchen, living room, and little cafe table area, lounged on the front and upper porches.

Short walk to the beach (like 40 yards) and an easy walk to the pier if you want to save 30 dollars for parking.

Home base for beautiful memory making!

Where do we begin? From start to finish, from booking to leaving and everything in between, this property was perfect! Our daughter’s wedding was in Ocean Park and we stayed here for the wedding weekend. The home is absolutely stunning, exceptionally clean and comfortable and communication with the owner, Jason, was one of the best vrbo experiences I have ever encountered. The space, comfort and scenic home was the perfect setting for our daughter and her bridesmaids preparation for the big day. We could not have asked for more and look forward to a returning to this property for a family vacation!

Fantastic

We loved this property. Classic home in a quiet neighborhood. A short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for all 16 of us, even in the depths of the Maine winter, when almost everyone was inside at some point. Highly recommended.
