The apartment was nice however it had an oder of old cigarette smoke that lingered and the stairwell/ hallway was in need of cleaning and updating We enjoyed the outside area that had a small firepit and chairs The walk to the beach was around 10 minutes There is a small convenience store extremely close by which was helpful

My children and I had a wonderful time in Old Orchard Beach made in part by our stay at this property. The apartment was clean, quiet, and perfect for our needs. The host was incredible and super quick to respond to all of my questions. I will surely look to book this property again when I return to the area.

Cute apartment for small group

Manager was good at solving issues. Apartment was very clean and had the basics included. The couch was terribly uncomfortable but the 2 beds were great. Plenty of sheets, towels etc. No instructions upon exit but we started the towels and removed the trash. There were 2 significant cons about the house. #1. 3 flights of very steep and narrow stairs which were not listed in the original listing but the manager added it. I wanted to make sure older people or handicapped had notice. I had a meniscus repair 3 weeks before so that made the stairs extremely hard for me. Had I known about the accessibility issue we would have rented elsewhere. #2 Insufficient plugs and electrical supply. You cannot run A/C, coffee pot and microwave at the same time or you throw a breaker which is also in the basement (an additional flight of stairs). There are also only 1 plug per bedroom which each individual A/C needs.. All in all, for mobile people this stay is great, just not for handicapped or elderly.

Wonderful home base for exploring this area

We stayed for 7 nights and explored all the beautiful parks, great beer and tasty seafood in the area. The apartment a is clean, warm, dry, and comfortable place to crash at the end of a day of adventure!
