I stayed here with my family, including a 6 year old. The venue is really beautiful, clean and quite quiet which was welcome. The host and staff were very helpful. The location is uniquely situated within short distance of the airport, gorgeous beaches, shops and conveniences. We would stay here agian!

We spent a lovely night at this beautiful property before flying home. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous with a fantastic bathroom and linked room for our children. The pool was perfect and our kids spent hours swimming and playing with the lovely, friendly French Bulldog! Very relaxing and just what we all needed at the end of a wonderful but busy holiday! Thank you.

Gianni is an amazing host! This luxury villa is like visiting friends in their fancy home! He made us feel welcomed and pampered. The place is really clean, the pool is not heated but really fun. The breakfast is good with a variety of options. The location is really central and close to everything. We would highly recommend this place for your next visit to Olbia.

very nice place, we felt like we were in a private villa because when we arrived we were the only guess around although there were others staying at the property but we had time to enjoy the pool by ourselves. the host was very nice and breakfast was fabulous.

Les points positifs et agrĂ©ables Ă  souligner: l accueil, la propretĂ© des lieux, une dĂ©coration lunineuse et douce, un trĂšs bon petit dĂ©jeuner, une piscine agrĂ©able, un amĂ©nagement de la chambre qui laisse beaucoup de place au rangement (apprĂ©ciable avec 2 enfants) et une structure de petite taille (12 personnes maximum) ce qui prĂ©serve une intimitĂ© au sĂ©jour. Le lieu est un peu excentrĂ© du centre ville, dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel rĂ©cent, tout Ă  fait calme.

A FUIR !!

La chambre du sous sol dĂ©gageait une forte odeur d’humiditĂ©, des traces de moisissures Ă©taient visibles dans la douche. Une fenĂȘtre donnant devant un mur avec aucun volet donc pas d’obscuritĂ©. Pour 200€/nuit c’est inadmissible de proposer ce genre de prestations, À FUIR de toutes Ă©vidences. L’accueil Ă©tait basique, aucune informations sur la ville, une prĂ©sentation trĂšs sommaire et concernant le check out : UNE HONTE. Nous avons du attendre 10min pour faire le check out car personne n’était pas lĂ , quand elle est arrivĂ©e elle Ă©tait au tĂ©lĂ©phone sans aucunes excuses pour nous avoir fait patienter. De plus au moment de payer la taxe sĂ©jour la personne n’accepte pas la carte ce qui inadmissible quand on propose une service « LUXURY ». Le seul Ă©lĂ©ment positif est le petit dĂ©jeuner et la personne en charge de celui ci (trĂšs gentille au passage). A ce prix lĂ  c’est limite une ARNARQUE.

Accueil parfait , mais en fait c est une maison trĂšs jolie mais de quartier . Ce qui m’a dĂ©plut c est le fait qu il avait je pense son fils avec des amis qui Ă©tait dans la piscine puis sur les canapĂ©s donc on ne se sentait pas comme Ă  l hĂŽtel mais plutĂŽt comme chez les gens ! Sinon tout Ă©tait parfait .
