Newly-built house to let, set in the fabulous seaside village of Pittulongu, just 7 Km from Olbia.
Marvellous white sandy beaches just a few minutes walk from the property. Pittulongu is a quite and safe area, close to local Restaurants and Supermarket.
The house (60sq.m) with front verandah (20sq.m) and garden (100sq.m) can accommodate up to five people, though best suited for four.
This house is perfect whether you want lazy days on the beach or a base to explore sights from.
For a day out, Olbia, the Costa Smeralda, Golfo Aranci, Porto Rotondo and many other little villages are all within easy reach by car. If you want to discover the region, ask us , we have great ideas about where to go and what to see.

Schönes Ferienhaus, gute Lage, netter Vermieter
Wir hatten eine super Woche hier! Viele wunderschöne Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, der Strand von Pittulongu ist mit Kindern in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar.
Haus wie beschrieben, alles sauber und ordentlich!
