On entering this hotel we were warmly welcomed and ver efficiently given our rooms and the details about the hotel. Our rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, pillows OK. However the carpet was stained and worn and the view from our room was awful. We overlooked an overgrown canal with what looked like a dump on the other side, it was an area filled with old pallets and tyres plus a lot of other old stuff. Our friends were on the pool side so fared a lot better in this department. The breakfast is ok but the eggs were always too runny, the bacon mostly cold and sausages were frankfurters. So a bit better quality is needed especially as this is supposed to be 4star. The area the hotel is in is not the best and walking into the town centre requires concentration as the paths are a death trap and the driving terrible. Do be careful to check your bill when eating or drinking in any of the bars, 3 times we were overcharged and had to question the amount. Tuk Tuk is brilliant fun, make sure to book. Also hotel coach to the beach at Pittalongu is really helpful.

Stayed here recently, only for one night sadly, with the kids and couldn't have asked for a better place to kick off our holidays. The hotel itself is stunning, reception, the bar, the rooms, everything looks amazing and kept spotlessly clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The air con worked properly and was very good, a necessity for Sardegna in August. Food at breakfast was also impressive, so much to chose from and all good quality. Admittedly not everything was sampled, you'd need a few mornings to fully sample everything on offer. The outdoor pool was the highlight, the kids, and us, really loved it. I got the impression this place is more suited to business travellers, couples and the likes, our 2 were the only kids there but despite this, they/we were never treated with any sort of contempt or anything, everyone was incredibly polite and didn't feel we were being looked at or judged in anyway. Cant recommend this place enough, already looking for a reason to return asap.

Despite hotel is looking normal whithin a "poor" area and with an unusual achitecture, staying at this hotel is a garantee to have a nice stay, be close to the city center in a walking distance. We also do recommand to dine on the week end to the grilled fish party where you can taste an excellent diner. Breakfast is basic with medium quality food. The suite (especially) Paradise, is a awsome one, vey wonderfull, quiet, with big space and a very confortable terrasse including a whirlpool. The bed of the suite (a round one) is also unique.

Great place to come and chill in olbia, not far from the city center (about a 12 min walk) plenty of public transport too. The hotel pool is fantastic and the rooms are also really cool! Spacious and just generally awesome! Will look forward to coming here again soon. Can’t forget to mention the friendly staff and service :) Cheers!

Absolutely great hotel with interesting art installations and very well appointed rooms. Verr good public areas and a really nice pool. The staff are freindly and helpful and the bar is well stocked and not overpriced. The breakfasts are very good and the bar food is really good and excellent value. The only downside to this hotel is the surrounding area which is very run down. It is around a 20 minute walk to the the local centre where there are loads of good bars, shops and restaurants. The harbour is also close by but there is not a great deal to see. The hotel provides a courtesy bus to the beach which must be booked in advance and can offer sunbeds and parasol vouchers at a slightly cheaper price thatn getting them when you arrive. We made the mistake of visiting the beach on a Sunday when all the local people were spending there day off so it was very busy.

1 night stay in the hotel prior to a yacht charter. Spacious suite and adjoining room. Perfectly clean comfortable and good ventilation. Good breakfast .Outstanding service and excellent helpful information from the staff. It is about a 10 minute walk up to the centre and waterfront .

The hotel is perfectly located for/from the airport and suffers no noise. We stayed for a week and we used it as a base to visit the beautiful beaches which are only a short drive away. There is sufficient parking at the rear of the hotel as you approach do not turn at via Puglie but the next possible right turn which lleads you in to the car park. Check in was fast and efficient. The reception area is quite minimalist the reception staff are friendly and efficient. They provide you with a welcome drink (wine, beer soft drink), nice touch. The hotel has 5 floors and rooms are on floors 1 to 4 as far as I could tell. It’s oval shaped with the rooms positioned on the outside of the oval.We were on 4th floor. Rooms 401-414 approx will sit over the pool then the higher the number car park/railway. 415-427 approx town view and hills in the short distance. Rooms very clean bathroom very clean and well maintained. We struggled a touch (but you adapt)as there wasn’t a lot of storage space. If you’re their for a few days no problem. However our wardrobe was positioned behind a pillar which was slightly awkward but again we adapted. The fridge was good and allowed us storage of our drinks. The safe is free and the Wifi is good. There is a tv with the usual English speaking channels. The air con was great. It was needed as it was very hot while we were there and easy to control. Breakfast continental plenty of pastries cakes cold meat cheese etc. Hot sausage, scrambled egg and streaky bacon. They could really do with another hot drinks machine. It was slow there was regular long queues and it was over worked. It was constantly running out of either water or the compressed coffee filters prevented it from operating. The breakfast staff Georgia, Elena and another young lady worked tirelessly. Spa, we didn’t use it but the hotel allowed us to use the showers before our late flight. There was a pool with sun beds chairs and a bar. The hotel had culinary offerings in the evening around the pool for 30e per head. Location the hotel is 10 minutes walk to the start of Corso Umberto 1 which is just after the railway track which crosses the road. Once you have crossed the track there are shops, bars, cafes and plenty of restaurants all the way down to the port. The better restaurants (our opinion)are off and run parallel to the Corso Umberto 1 especially from the brow of the hill. I would stay again particularly if I was visiting for a few days.

Good pool area and clean rooms are the only plus to this hotel! It is located down a scruffy back street next to the railway line( which is been updated so diggers and building work going on through the night)and at the side of a motor bridge in a dodgy red light area with a 10 min walk into town! No balconies in any rooms and no views what so ever! The breakfast was extremely basic!! Continental buffet style with the extra bonus of poor sausages, fatty bacon and something that resembled scrambled egg ( inedible) exactly the same every day! One very slow coffee machine for the whole dining room with a constant queue and a good 5-10 min wait! No atmosphere in the hotel! Bar area usually empty nothing in the way of entertainment and hardly ever anyone behind it serving! This hotel seems to be used as a stop over for pilots and air staff from local airport which is really all it is fit for! The spa isn’t included for guests and has an €18 for 2 hours! Not the holiday stay we were expecting! Definitely do your research before visiting!

Hotel rooms are clean, functional, decor is basic and relatively large with a shower. You are given one key to your room that is inserted when you wish to turn on the electricity, etc. We found that when you leave for the day and return at night your room is quite hot from no ventilation or fan. So you go to bed in a warm to hot room but wake up in a cold room because the air conditioning works while you are sleeping. Several evenings we had to wake up in the middle of the night to adjust the air conditioning Breakfast was acceptable, coffee was terrible from the machine and while we were there they ran out of sausage completely. We thought this was odd for a large hotel. There is a nice small pool with a bar and they provide a free shuttle to the beach where you can pay 18 euro for an umbrella and two beach chairs. The setup is nice but the shuttle gets booked up quickly and only leaves for the beach at 9:30 or 12:00 with a return at 16:00. Takes about 15 minutes to walk to the center of town along the main road. The streets don’t look like they are well kept unfortunately.

This hotel is ten minutes walk from the town centre but near enough the highways to get out of town to the beaches quickly. The hotel staff are excellent, with the vast majority being friendly and very happy to help. Bar and wait staff take time to have conversations with you and make you laugh and offer a very good level of hospitality. The rooms are nice with very strong (and needed) A/C and comfortable beds. The hotel has free parking and a nicely set up pool area with a swim up bar. Parking is free in the hotel car park to the rear. The only area for improvement is the breakfast. The coffee is below standard and the selection of food sparse. However, given the price we paid (under 80EUR per night in June) I would definitely recommend this hotel.
