Good location close to the old city centre. Staff are incredible…Damarys at reception was so friendly and helpful💙 Alex and Lorania in the restaurant were excellent as well as the maid service! The parking lot needs attention so if you are driving watch the pot holes.

Breakfast was basic but decent and staff gave great and cheerful service - a lovely place to have morning coffee. The staff are almost universally exceptional, and we felt very welcomed. The food was passable, but very limited. The hotel feels dated and recent upgrades, like laminate flooring in our room, are mostly cheap and already needing replacement. Okay value but more like a decent 3 star hotel.
