The large outdoor park with garden is well-kept and equipped and enjoys the natural vegetation of the place, rich in mastic trees and centuries-old olive trees, where you can spend hours relaxing sunbathing on the loungers, lying on the hammocks in the shade or admiring the stars in the evening, enjoying the music and scents of nature

The area is very well connected, services, villages and beaches are just a few minutes away, but they are not reachable on foot, a means of transport is necessary

The house is located within a large private area with access regulated by a gate

In case of need we are available in the apartment located in the basement on the opposite side of the house

The washing machine is located in an outdoor area that is always accessible

The apartment is part of a house that could accommodate other people. The two units are completely independent, with separate gates, entrances and parking. The respective outdoor areas are also well secluded. Privacy is guaranteed
