Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, perfectly situated across from Oklahoma City University (OCU) in the heart of Oklahoma City. This newly remodeled gem offers modern amenities and a stylish retro design, making it the ideal spot for both short-term stays and long-term guests.

A private bottom floor unit within a remodeled retro style apartment complex in the heart of Midtown

Unit has open parking out front with plenty of spaces available.

Unit is conveniently located within walking distance to the Midtown and few minutes from the Paseo District.

We are available when needed but, like to give our guests privacy.

Parking lot is private to the complex and we request one vehicle per booking but, feel free to request additional vehicles at no charge, if needed.
