My daughter has been seeing doctors in that area and it’s easier on her to spend the night then get up early and be there. The staff immediately assessed the situation and changed us to a handicap room on the first floor, and it was just perfect even though she was in a wheelchair things were easyFor us to get in and out thank you to a staff who was on top of every little situation and ready to help.

There was mildew/mold in the corner of the bathtub. When I turned the faucet on to shower a string of mildew/mold fell into the bath tub. The sheets felt old and not crisp and clean, the hotel was dated.

Not appealing from accessibility, run down property in the process of renovation. Would not have booked a stay here for any reason, torn carpets, torn elevator floor, torn carpets in the room.
