You get what you pay for!! Room 740 1. Bathroom taps cold water barely runs 2. Rooms smell moudly like damp (I visited 2 other rooms and the same smell was in all 3)!!! 3. Breakfast had a poor selection and didnt cater enpugh for international guests. 4. You need to call reception daily to clean your room which is ridiculous where on occaison its missed - who doesnt want there room refeeshed daily, let it be the exception that you dont want it cleaned!! 5. Guests have to pay as they go to use the hotel pool with a fee for adults and children - words escape me, regarding this for a beach side hotel!! 6. Amenities need to be collected from reception - sheer laziness why arent the cleaning staff tasked to this as its clearly linked to not having your room cleaned. Suffice to say this hotel needs a vast makeover update, carpets washed and practices updated. I for one will be paying more to simply stay at the Doubletree or Hilton spa resort as you get what you pay for period!

American Village was the best place to stay in Okinawa!. There were so many places to go to for dining and shopping! Vessel Hotel was beautiful, convenient and clean! We loved the swimming pool and the other facilities. The staff was friendly and some of them spoke English. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Okinawa!

This hotel had a huge room for a Japanese hotel. Usually hotel rooms are the size of the bed with a bathroom. Size was comparable to USA hotel room. During certain hours, hotel offers free tea and popsicles. There is a beach right next door. Not the best beach, but it is next door. For a fee, there is a rooftop infinite pool with amazing views. Staff at the pool was nice enough to let us stay past hours to watch a fireworks show. We really appreciated that. Parking was a little crazy. They have underground parking and a street level parking lot. Usually all the spots are taken by late afternoon. But don’t worry, they have a valet at no extra charge. There are decent restaurants near by. There is Aeon supermarket that is walkable. Overall, great place to stay.

It was probably the best public bath (i.e. hot spring) I have experienced in any hotel, it was clean, with full amazing sea view. The breakfast was a bit expensive, but worth the price with the food quality and variety. Plenty of restaurants nearby, convenient store is just downstairs.

Easy access and convenient. Direct limousine bus from Naha airport, right next to American Village and Sunset Beach. Another 10 minutes walk to Aeon shopping mall and Lawsons is inside the hotel too for quick snacks. Plenty of breakfast varieties.
