Pleased with my stay.

It was a good stay. A few upgrades needed such as smart tv and bedding. Restroom has a constant foul smell. But otherwise Considerate, helpful and good customer service.

Very clean property for an affordable price. Quite spacious compared to other hotels. The only downside was that the internet was not working but I didn't even bother bringing it up to the tenant so I will not hold it against them. Overall a great experience. Would recommend

部屋や水回りなど表面上は綺麗に清掃されてますが、エアコンや洗濯機のフィルターなどは全く手入れされておらず最悪でした。 こちらで糸くずフィルターなどを掃除する羽目に… ルンバもゴミだらけ。 あとエレベーターが臭い。 表面上でなく、隅々まで利用者のことを考えて頂ければうれしいですね。

部屋は広くてきれい、備品も充実していて過ごしやすかった。 チェックインもセルフなのでとても簡単だし時間がかからなくてよかった。 夜、上の階の人(子供？)がずっと走り回っていてうるさかったためスタッフに電話したが、寝ぼけているような感じの対応で何も改善されなかった。 それさえなければ静かで過ごしやすいと思うので残念だった。
