The mall across the street. Dennys. Milestones and Moxies. It's the centre of all you need sans without dtown.

The staff helped me add an extra day to my stay, and change my payment to a different credit card with no hassles.

We stayed in the executive tower. The bed was very comfortable and I especially enjoyed the soaker tub. Shopping mall across the street and easy access to the wineries made enjoying all Kelowna has to offer very easy. Breakfast anytime I wanted it at the 24 hour Denny's. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Thin walls. I was by the pop/snack/ice machine and hallway noise was an issue. Also upon check in we had to wait almost 20 minutes while they sorted out the reservations. Would have been nice to be provided a room to settle into while they sorted out the details.

Great location, close to everything. Easy in and out. Friendly and very helpful staff.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sandman Hotel in Kelowna. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the staff were very nice. We didn't have a chance to use the amenities, but maybe next time. We got a little kitchenette in our room even though we didn't ask for it, so that was nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good hotel for a reasonable price. We had good sleeps despite some people being loud as they walked down the hallway late at night. I guess you can't really get around that at any hotel, there are always loud people. We didn't hear any noise from adjacent rooms, which was great. I would definitely stay there again next time we need a hotel in Kelowna.

It was great other than there seemed to be several large groups partying and sometimes there was lots of yelling in the halls.

Awesome - only wish there was a frifge in the room, especially since we have a toddler and bottles and food require refridgeration

We ended up doing a $15 per night upgrade when we got to the hotel and this put us in the newly renovated tower. We were fabulously surprised at how beautiful the room was! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 days, but didn't get any time to check out the indoor pool. Lots of restaurants close by too!

Advised Receiption that I had not been out of the room for two days and that I wanted the sheets changed. Sheets were not changed and when I called I advised that I was not happy about it. Housekeepings tone was rude at best.

we never stayed at a sandman before and will not again. the room had no window but had a poster behind the curtain (fire code?). This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences we've had in all our travels

Great location easy access to shopping, beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Right off of the highway made coming and going easy. Staff were friendly and courteous.

I was just at the hotel over night i wasn't planning on staying in a hotel but i need a place to sleep, the staff was very helpfull and friendly. They got me checked in and checked out quickly and efficently. The only complaint i had was that the room was a little noisy cause it was on the ground level near the parking lot. and the room didn;t smell super fresh.

It was great. I like the location of the hotel. The things that i like the most were kitchen, washing machine , iron were so great. We did not need to worried about anything. There was everything inside the roomm
