We first walked into an unexpected living area when we entered the room which included a couch with pull out, chair (very comfortable), desk with chair, tv (decent size), and entertainment unit with a big mini fridge and microwave, and then into a separate very cute bedroom! The updated bathroom had a nice shower (only complaint was that it could use some new caulking) and outside was the very spacious counter with sink (with hairdryer and coffee machine with a good selection of coffee/tea/condiments). Only thing we noticed that would like some attention is the slide security bar on the door, it wasn’t secured very well to the wall and very loose. Ice machine in the courtyard didn’t work and it was a walk (through the courtyard, through the lobby and out to a corridor, up an elevator and down a hallway) to the working one that was running fairly slow but probably because it was trying to keep up to the entire motel. Continental breakfast was really good and filled us up every morning and included cereals, muffins, toasts, pancake machine, yogurt, apples, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, juices, tea, hot chocolate, coffee and condiments (including peanut butter!). Staff was very nice and accommodating to us when we asked for clean towels (we usually choose no housekeeping while we stay), more shampoo and toilet paper. Hotel is right on Highway 97, close to the airport and near restaurants/shopping and what you might need while away. Would definitely recommend as this was a fairly decent priced motel and actually exceeded our expectations.

The room was not ready at 3 pm we were given another room ,there was a very strong Oder .We never complained till check they said they will go check on it right away while I was at the check out there was another person with the same complained .

Great for an overnight stay after a long haul flight. Kelowna is an easy-ish drive from Vancouver and put us within a "manageable" lazy day drive to the Rockies the following day. Rooms were good, beds were comfy and bathrooms were solid. Hot water temperature was a little inconsistent but nothing serious just slightly noticeable. Continental breakfast was ok. Good location, WalMart a few blocks away and plenty of food options nearby. The usual suspects - Denny's, Tim Hortons etc.. It's no Hilton but It's solid. I'd happily stay again.

Stayed here for one night this month and the place was just OK. There was nothing really good or really bad about it. The room was clean and the beds were fine. The bathroom looked like it had been renovated not too long ago, but the carpet in the main area needed replacing and the TV was pretty small. The usual breakfast for a lot of hotels now with bread, cereal, muffins, hard boiled eggs and a pancake machine instead of the waffle machine. I may try another place next time.

We spent 4 nights at Days Inn Kelowna and in all the Inn met all our expectations. Our room was clean and it had a fridge, which we did use to hold our water etc. Our room had a very small kitchen which consisted of a 2 burner cook top, microwave and a sink. It was equipped with basis dished and 1 fry pan. We did not use this at all. There was a small coffee maker in the room as well. You could get coffee in the lobby at any time. We did go for the free breakfast one morning and it was pretty good. You could have pancakes, muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit and hard cooked eggs. They also had a four choices of fruit juice as well. I thought anyone could find something to eat. Breakfast was seared from I believe 7 to 9:30am. This Inn was only 6 minutes to the airport and a short drive to Cherry Mall. There was an outdoor pool and hot tub, but we did not have time to thie pool. There was also a modest fitness centre. Our daughter stayed there as well but they had just a basic room and the bed had a broken leg so it was propped up with a block of wood - so that was not great? But in all, I would stay there again.

I stay once a month at the Days Inn rooms have been updated, breakfast is always good and prices for a double queen is good. Love that they have Wi-Fi as well

Booked at a rate of $140/night for three nights for 1 room with two queen bed for a total of 4 adults (my wife & I & our two daughters), finished bill reflected $140 first night, $152 second night & )$164 third night. They only had enough towels for two people. Noisiest motel I have ever stayed at, doors slamming all night long, people partying in parking lot, people running in hallways at all times of night. Mice running around in room, found 4" hole in wall below sink at floor level. Walls in washroom had not been washed for a long time. Front desk was not concerned about any of the problems we experienced.

The motel does not look the greatest from the outside, very run of the mill, however our room on the 2nd floor was very good, nice and quiet and very comfortable beds. Love it being a non-smoking place as well. The motel was fully booked each night we stayed. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of food choices and the staff kept checking to make sure there was enough for everyone. Seating was tight but there are tables and chairs outside as well. Would stay here again when in Kelowna.

Recently stayed at this hotel and it was average. What has me upset, is after forgetting my phone charger in the room as well a a drink in the fridge, it was never turned in to the front desk by the cleaning staff. They would have had to have found did someone keep it. I can see them not finding the drink in the fridge, and that was a 3.00$ drink, so I'm not concerned about that. After calling the front desk later the night of my check out once I realized the charger was missing, the clerk said nothing had been turned in. However, he said to come by the next morning as sometimes items found weren't turned in until then. So I attended the property the next morning. The clerk again checked a book listing items found/left in rooms but my charger was not listed as being found in room 124. He asked me to leave a phone number and claimed he would call me once the cleaning staff came in. I'm still waiting.

We had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel! Our room was upgraded to a lovely king suite! We enjoyed the warm outdoor swimming pool which was great! The continental breakfast was good as well. Would definitely recommend!
