Although the location is a bit "out of the way", the room was great, and the staff very helpful. We left our car while we flew out. The trip to the airport was great, on the way home we called the hotel to check on the time of the shuttle, turned out it would have been an hour wait at the airport so we asked them to cancel the shuttle and we took a cab. Problem was they never called the shuttle personne,l so we had a call from them, not cool! Otherwise the experience was very positive.

As our nearest airport is Kelowna B.C. we always choose the B.W. when flying to far away places. It is definitely not the cheapest hotel ... but I would choose quality as well as cost when choosing a hotel. The staff are great. the complimently breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and well stocked. The shuttle takes us to and from the airport. It is a nice way to start and finish a vacation.

Hotel staff knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful to ensure a pleasant stay at this hotel. Provides a hot buffet each morning with good variety to meet everyone nutrition needs. "Free" airport and casino shuttle services available to its hotel patrons. Nearby restaurants which we enjoyed; Joeys, The Keg, Montana's. Local 97 Street Pub; good value and great "happy hour prices". Our first visit to Kelowna and we will definitely return to this hotel in the future. 9/10.

We hadn't booked, but did check on line for the best deal, the front desk started $30 higher but did give us a walk in rate. The room was all we needed, beds comfortable and room clean. We were in the tower, so had a balcony and nice view whilst being downtown. The breakfast was great for a buffet and was everything we needed to start the day. Would certainly come back next time we are in Kelowna

This hotel should be avoided. It did not meet Best Western Plus standards. The old section in this hotel has a very small service elevator, but it was almost unusable with limited weight restrictions. The front desk staff did not advise us that we would have to lug up our luggage otherwise. It was so bad it was almost funny. Many of the staff were unfriendly with the exception of a couple of housekeepers. Additionally we accidently left an expensive clothing item behind which was not returned. This item could not have been mistakenly discarded and should have been turned over to their lost and found who we had almost immediately notified. The room had very poor lighting and should have at least on bright light by the bed for reading. The guest room had a heavy perfume smell when we arrived which we discovered later was intended to cover up an bad odor from the toilet. There was also a trip hazard in the room where new tile was installed by the room entrance but not level with the carpet. This may sound like a small thing, but it really was a trip hazard and poorly designed. While the room had been clearly remodeled, it was still an old section of a larger hotel and not especially attractive. We would not stay here again and probably would try the other Best Western Plus in West Kelowna. We are BW Reward members and this was our first unsatisfactory experience with BW. Our stay in Revelstoke had been perfect so our expectations were already established...thus our disappointment to an otherwise wonderful 10 day vacation.

This BW's location is a tad noisy as it's on the main drag but the breakfast was extremely good. There is a free shuttle service to the airport which was a nice touch. The king bed was exceptional in comfort.

We stayed 1 night during a round trip. Spacious room with good beds. Nice balcony with a view over the nice garden.Complimentary breakfast was good. The coffee can be better. We had diner in the hotel restaurant/bar. The hamburgers are great. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Have stayed several times before always enjoyed my stay, the staff are extremely helpful.Everything is close by for groceries to hardware, the hotel has an indoor pool to use , lots of parking as well and right by the main road.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and found our room to be spacious and the beds comfortable. We had a balcony with a view towards a garden and the pool. It was a better view than the other side which was a parking lot. We were in the two storey wing, not the tower. The breakfast area was nice and big with the usual buffet for Best Westerns. We found that the pool is not conducive to adult swimming as there are a lot of children at this hotel. We also didn't care for the fact that the washroom in the pool area is the only public washroom for the lobby or restaurant area so people were walking in and out with street shoes.

Just a two night stay before/after wine tour of the region. Hotel is fine if a little too family friendly for our taste nowadays which meant pool was too busy for proper swimming until 9:30 pm. Ate in restaurant on first night and found it perfectly fine and good value if opted for daily special. Second day took advantage of the free shuttle to downtown without any problems. Room was good size and breakfast OK apart from the children milling around the waffle and drinks machines. Bah humbug.
