Very clean! Great communication! We were there for two nights and didn’t see one bug, which is amazing for Florida homes! This will be our go to home in the area! Beds are very comfortable, towels are great, water pressure is amazing! They provide pump bottles of hand soap, body wash, conditioner, and shampoo! Only a few check out rules so super easy to follow: collect trash, throw towels in shower, move anything back you moved, and turn thermostat back to 76. Host were great! Very quiet neighborhood, we didn’t hear much noice from the road at all. We are so glad we got to rent this home!

Great stay

Lovely house in great location with everything you might need during your stay! Host was very proactive and accommodating with changes to our dates of stay due to the hurricane. Would definitely recommend.

House as advertised. Do take note that it has a picture of a gold cart but fine prints says *not guaranteed to be available, which it wasn't for our stay.Kitchen well stocked. Clean, comfortable bedding and located conveniently on edge od the Villages to quick access to highways.

Wonderful!

House was new, spotless and roomy. Host was extremely responsive. A lot of extra's were provided such as extra wipes for the bathroom. Air conditioner was superb in the extreme heat. I cannot say enough good things about this house and host!!

Very nice home

House was great, a little noisy due to the highway being right behind the home, the issue we had was that the "Guest Pass" basically only gave access to the pools, there was no access to the golf courses as it indicates in the advertisement on Vrbo. The managment company Whitman Vacations forgot to order the guest passes so we lost four days of pool usage. would not rent this property or from Whitman Vacations again.

Great value in The Villages

Very nice property and the management company was VERY responsive to all communication. The kitchen was well-equipped and we prepared multiple meals with ease. Paper products, laundry and dishwasher soap were plentiful. Large TV’s in all four rooms with Roku. WiFi signal was very strong (we were working remotely). The windows did a good job of buffering the highway noises from I-75 but we never oped the windows (too hot!). A well-cared for property and we will likely stay here again in the future.

The villa exceeded my expectations. The place was very clean and was stocked with a lot of essentials, like laundry soap, dishwashing soap, shampoo, hair conditioning, coffee starter, robes for you to use and much more. Karysa Perez a vacation specialist at Whitman Vacations, was very helpful and welcoming me to the Villages. The villa also had a golf cart for me to use. Even though I did not use it, it was an extra bonus. I would definitely rent again from Whitman Vacations

Poor communication

When we arrived the beds were not cleaned! Mix up with guest passes !Not able to golf, even though the packet said we could!Villa packet was not up to date!Unfortunately for us this organization was going through personal changes who seemed very overwhelmed with every thing!Last conversation with the property manager was that they are working on making things better for guests!I really hope so, the villages have a lot to offer!
