Welcome to our exclusive 5-room maisonette architect's house "LakeView" with a wonderful large penthouse roof terrace and a magnificent lake view! The maisonette vacation home has 3 living levels and the generous floor-to-ceiling window fronts not only ensure light-flooded rooms but also an unforgettable ambience! Discover a unique oasis of relaxation with your whole family or friends - directly on the lake (only 300 m away) in our newly completed vacation home (April 2024) with space for up to 8 guests.

The many balconies, outdoor seating, garden and on the roof terrace the magnificent lake view will inspire you and make your vacation an unforgettable experience. Start your day there with a relaxed coffee and end it in the evening with a sunset over the lake and a glass of wine.

Relax afterwards in the huge living-dining room area on the ground floor with a large dining table and modern recliners.

The fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island allows you to prepare delicious meals as a group and enjoy them together at the large wooden dining table.

The vacation home has a total of 4 bedrooms, each with 1 box-spring bed - 1 of which is in the gallery/studio with all-round window front and wonderful lake view equipped with a sofa bed

Very close to the Swiss border on the Höri in Wangen/Öhningen, you can reach the lake in just a few minutes (300m) on foot.

The entire vacation home is available for your exclusive use. Have a good time and feel at home!

Wangen-Öhningen is located directly on Lake Constance, surrounded by a picturesque landscape! The natural landscape invites you to go on wonderful hikes/bike tours and other outdoor activities, and Öhningen Castle is a must-see. Stein am Rhein is within walking distance.

Short distances to Constance, Radolfzell, Singen, Tuttlingen, etc. or to the neighboring towns in Switzerland are valuable for further excursions



The architect's house is a new construction of a total of 10 houses - therefore we would like to point out that there may still be minor construction work in the garden area of the other architect's houses (planting, lawn, etc.). However, we assume that there will be no disruption.
