Newly remodeled 1000sq ft, two bedroom, two bath, comfortable beach cottage style. Master bedroom has new king size bed, walk in closet and walk in granite shower and countertop. Second bedroom has trundle with two single beds. Second bath has spa tub, shower and granite sink countertop. Large couch/lounger in living room can be used for one person to sleep on.

All new appliances, furniture, cabinets, carpets, furniture, and woodgrain tile flooring. New Gas Stove, Dishwasher, in door water and ice refrigerator, full size in unit washer and gas dryer. Beautiful ocean view and sunsets
This is the second time in the complex. Love it. Great location! Easy to walk to town, restaurants, the coaster to go to San Diego. There is the San Luis Rey bike trail and we enjoyed going to Melba Bishop MWF for competitive pickleball. Thursdays went to morning farmers market and evening sunset market. Highly recommended.
