The beautiful brand-new kitchen offers a gorgeous table for eight, Alexa for your music selection, brand new appliances, including a state of the art oven equipped with air fryer, and the perfect room to host dinners and game nights after a long day at the beach. The living room boasts a 60-inch TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The first level bedrooms both offer queen-sized beds and bathrooms with full showers. The second-floor loft includes two queen sized beds and a USB equipped futon with TV sitting area. The end table charging stations in the bedrooms make night times easy to know that every morning, your phone will be ready to snap more pictures of the beauty that is Bethany Beach. EVERY bed and mattress is brand new! Walk right out your front door and down the road to enjoy bayside sunsets (at the end of the street!), take a short walk to brand new local Bethany Brewery for live music, enjoy a seafood meal at Big Fish restaurant. Also in walking distance is the local liquor store, a bike/walking trail, an ice cream spot, and local crab shack! The back yard oasis offers a fire pit for nightly smores/ star gazing and a gas grill for BBQing. The beach is just a short three-mile bike or car ride (4 beach chairs included) and the central location allows for exploration of all that the De beaches have to offer. You are right in the middle! Make a left at Route 1, you are a short drive to Dewey, Rehoboth, and Lewes. Make a right at Route 1, you will find Fenwick Island and OCMD. Plenty of parking, convenient location, private single home on bay block road, front deck, firepit backyard, three bedrooms that sleep 8 people, queen sized sleeper sofa and futon for extra sleeping, and tons of suggestions on local fun!
