Looking for the cutest beach cottage in the Pacific Northwest? Look no more. Just blocks from the beach approach, shops and restaurants and yet located on a serene street you have found the perfect getaway! This lovely 1950s built, 2-bedroom plus sleeping loft, 1 bath home in Ocean Park, WA! Located just a few minutes walk away from the beaches, golf courses, state parks, restaurants and bars. This vacation rental offers the perfect place for your next coastal escape. Sun yourself on Ocean Park Beach, swing your clubs on the Surfside Golf Course, or stroll down to the Long Beach Boardwalk and the Lewis & Clark Trail . After the day’s adventures, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace or the outdoor fire pit, or a lively game of volleyball in the pet-friendly fenced yard.
This cozy home has both a queen size bed in the main bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeping loft upstairs with a double futon, as well as asleeper sofa in the living room so you can fit up to 8 guests.
The kitchen includes some basic spices, plenty of dishes/glassware, pots and pans and a coffee bar with coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. for your caffeine needs.
The bathroom has a shower with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, etc.
There are two smart TVs - one in the living room and the other in the 2nd bedroom, WiFi, a wood-burning stove to keep you cozy and books and games - all can make hanging out inside just as enjoyable as being outside.
Another great feature about this house is the outdoor space - - it's a great spot for hanging out around the fire pit or at the picnic table for outdoor dining. All you do is bring the wine and some local seafood and you are all set!!
During clamming season there are clam guns for your use - - licenses can be purchased at Jack's Country Store.
One unique feature about this house is that one of the closest neighbors is a bald eagle nest not more than a hundred feet from the property. Watch these majestic creatures glide over your head as the alight for the skies.

Perfect for me
The house was AMAZING. The downstairs looked like it had been professionally interior decorated. The host was our neighbor and came to greet when we arrived. The location was perfect for us. And had lots of things included for their guests, comfortable beds, lots of books, games and lots stuff for us to use. The only problem was our truck was too big for the garage and the parking space was filled by our truck so not anybody’s fault but our own

Just what you would like for a stay at the beach. Close to the beach, comfortable, and just right for a couple or more. Scott was welcoming and made sure and made sure if we needed anything just let him know. Would stay there again

Very nice little home.
Very nice little home. This was my first VRBO rental, and I was just getting a much-needed trip out to the beach with the dogs. The host was friendly, gave tips about stuff in the area and how to best get to the beach.

Summer Fun!
We enjoyed staying in Ocean Park. The Beach Cottage is in walking distance to the beach, Ocean Park stores, coffee and restaurants and a short drive to Long Beach. Perfect for 4 adults. 6 adults would be a bit cramped, but the loft would be perfect for kids. Easy check in and check out, good communication.

Wonderful cottage
Small and cozy, but actually fits a decent number of people. More bedding could be added to the loft to fit more, but if you bring sleeping bags it is great as is to handle a number of kids. Has a lot of neat old '50s style - e.g. glass doorknobs - but the house is in good condition and very functional.

Quirky charm + convenience
This home was just right for our group of 4 adults and two dogs. We enjoyed its proximity to the beach and quiet location. Check in was quick and simple, and the owner was available and prompt to answer any questions we may have had.
The beds were comfy with plenty of blankets provided, the water pressure was great and got hot, and we loved that everything we could have needed for cooking was already stocked in the kitchen.
It was so nice to come back to the house after braving some bad weather on the beach in search of clams, and enjoy a cup of tea by the woodburning stove (firewood was provided!).
For pet owners- the property is fenced but there are gaps. Our border collie proudly showed us all of the different places she could get out. Not an issue for us, but I would suggest leashed potty breaks for any escape artists or runners.
