With five spacious bedrooms, our beach house comfortably accommodates larger groups or families, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The ground floor entryway gives you access to a bathroom and laundry room. Floor one includes living, kitchen, dining and bedrooms with a front balcony. Step outside onto the back deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or capture breathtaking sunsets. For those seeking aquatic adventures, take advantage of the private dock for swimming, fishing or explore the Intracoastal Waterway on the kayak to immerse yourself in the beauty that the island has to offer. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms + an enclosed loft.
Access & Parking:
Self check-in with the keypad on the front door. Private parking is available in the gravel area in front of the house. The garage on the left can be used as needed during your stay.

Summer Vacation
We loved the house it was just right for our family! We had an amazing week! The owners were great They they reached out to us and kept in touch periodically to make sure everything was ok! I highly recommend staying at chaos on the canal! We rented a golf cart but we could have walked it too! We love the house. It was right our family had amazing

Chaos w the boss
Stayed at the Chaos on the Canal. The house was very fitting for what I planned. Nice little snug spot on the canal and a very short walk to the beach. I had me and my GF, my son and his lady, my 4 grandboys and my sons lady friend's 2 kids. We stayed for the week and the house was clean and comfortable. I think I actually picked out the perfect spot. The communication between me and the host was spot on.
Even has a little kitchen downstairs w a fridge/stove/sink/tv for when you are grilling, you can make dishes and bake or whatever and not have to go back upstairs.
If you are looking for a nice relaxing home to stay in that is well laid out, give this home a try. I am certain you will like it. I did. Highly recommend this house if you have a big family going.

The house was great, just as advertised. The location on the canal and just off beach access was so nice!!! Definitely recommend this rental for large groups. The owners were very approachable and responsive.

Our family has been staying here for years! Everything about the stay was flawless! The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. We could not have been happier with our stay! Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. Views are tremendous! A short walk to the beach and few steps to jump right into the canal! We can't wait for next year!
