The Space:
Beach access is conveniently located at Shallotte Blvd. right next to the complex. Unobstructed ocean views from this 2 Bed 2 Bath first floor condo at Sand Dwellers. Pool is just steps away. Beautifully renovated, with today’s beach guest in mind. The unit has luxury vinyl flooring, a spacious kitchen that includes a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and well stocked cabinets to meet all your cooking and dining needs.

The bathrooms are beautifully tiled with marble vanities and medicine cabinets to provide ample storage for all guests. Central heating and air conditioning paired with ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms help you refresh after a day at the beach or enjoying one of the local or nearby attractions. There are two bedrooms one with a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two full size beds. The unit has high speed Internet access throughout. There is a full size washer and dryer and a 50 gallon water tank to ensure everyone gets a hot shower! First floor unit, however, it is a raised building and there are stairs to get to the first floor.

The unit was nice and clean. The issue we had was we could not control the thermostat. The day we arrived it was very warm and we could have used air conditioning. Then the temperature dropped significantly and it was 37 degrees and a feel like temperature of 27 degrees. The unit was freezing with no heat.

Very noisy will sound from normal walking and furniture movement from other units. Outside stairs partially blocked view from a not at all private patio. No a property to relax, provide own linens, too much cleaning.
