I wanted to love this place but it fell flat. Location is not close to the beach but we knew that and we were ok with that. Its on the bay with great views of sunrise and sunset. Pool is directly across the street, so that was a huge plus. Also had three parking spots (although worth noting the spots blocked 2 of the 3 cars in) great out door deck, pier and boat lift. You could fish too. Very close to jolly rogers which was great for us. We spent 2 days there. The place was filthy. You cannot convince me that it was cleaned before we arrived. Thick layers of dust, easily wiped up stains on the floor (we had filthy feet within 15 minutes of being there) dusty fans, and AC didnt work properly. They had a do not close sign on the main level bathroom because it was broken, kind of an inconvenience. They did try to make the cleanliness right by offering to reach out to the cleaning service and have them come out but couldnt tell us if they actually would or when, so we opted out. At that point we didnt trust they would clean properly. Might not be their fault as home is on the bay, but the flies inside the house got to be so annoying. There also a lot of other bugs inside the house. Overall ive stayed at better located properties that were cleaner and cheaper. Wouldnt recommend. Book at your own risk.
