Welcome to Club Ocean Villa I, Unit 2 located on 120th Street. **This owner offers a $200 Grocery Card if you rent 7 consecutive nights between 6/25/25-8/22/25. Your family of 6 will enjoy this newly decorated and freshly painted 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Bayside Waterfront Canal Condo with private courtyard. For the watersports and fishing enthusiasts, there is a boat slip directly in front of the courtyard. This updated condo features a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan to living & dining area, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, central air & entrance through the private courtyard where you can store your beach items, then walk up the steps to the private deck where you can gain access to the Living Room. The Master Bedroom offers a King bed, TV, and private full bath with shower/tub combo. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 Queen beds & a TV. The hall bath features a shower stall. There is a TV and new sofa in the living room. (3 televisions: 1-cable and 2-streaming). Wifi & internet are provided. Property has a Keurig and automatic drip coffee makers. The private courtyard features top notch outdoor seating with large table and 8 high chairs for a great outdoor dining and boat watching experience. Fantastic views of the sunset and the Sunday evening fireworks. Building Amenities include 2 parking spots (1 assigned & 1 unassigned), outdoor pool, and boat slip (directly in front of the courtyard) that can accommodate up to a 25 ft. watercraft (nearest free public boat launch is just 20 blocks south). Drop a fishing line in the water or do some crabbing right in front of the condo. Close to shopping & dining. Property rents any 3 nights all season!
Guests supply sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package includes a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This condo rents any 3 nights. Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Girls Beach Trip 2025

We had an amazing stay at this property. Communication was top notch with central reservations, all questions were answered and issues resolved quickly. We really loved the property. It is in a great walkable location: beach, grocery store, Wawa, cvs, Starbucks, shopping, etc. Our teenage girls were able to walk to get their morning drinks and us moms walked to Uber Bagels. The property itself was super nice. We did have some issues that were resolved quickly. The fridge was having issues keeping things frozen and also leaking some condensation in the drawers. The extended counter top wouldn’t stay up so it was a tight squeeze eating dinner together, but we made it work. The largest pot was small for boiling water for pasta and the dishwasher didn’t get everything super clean. But overall it fit us all, 2 moms and 4 teenage girls, really well. We had dinners at home, ate on the outside deck, watched the fireworks from the dock, walked to the beach, played games during the rainy weather, enjoyed the pool and walked to the beach. Being on the water was really nice and we enjoyed the views. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Great updated place, super clean and new Great location, easy to walk to restaurants and beach. Great for fishing paddleboarding and boating. Definitely would stay here again
