The condo was very nice and clean. There are a lot of steps to the 3rd floor. My only suggestion would be to add some curtains to the bedrooms, the outdoor hall lights were bright for my small children. And a shorter combo code for the door. The back porch views were great and the location was perfect. The Sunday night fireworks were RIGHT THERE and a huge hit for our kids.

The condo was great with a good views and close to pool. Being on the third floor was a little cumbersome especially with luggage and groceries. The condo could have been cleaned better. There was a dirty towel on the back of the primary bath door and the garbage in the primary bath had not been emptied. Also the floors were dusty under the beds and a shoe was found as well. The pullout couch had sheets on the bed and needed to be washed.

Family Vacation

Our family had an amazing time! The property was in a great complex. The pool was fantastic. The views of the canal were awesome! Walking distance to Northside Park & lots of great restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this rental to friends and family.

Great condo

The condo at 304 Aruba was just what we were looking for. A girls work/play week. We had enough options for us all to work and not be on top of each other. Loved having two decks wanted to look out at the boats and the other at the bay. The owners really take a lot of thought into making the condo comfortable for guests love how they think about the little things like hooks on the back of the door to hang towels, providing hand soap, and toilet paper. Everything seemed new an updated. Will definitely stay here again.

OC Retreat

We have stayed in this beautiful condo several times. The neighborhood is on the bayside and the unit overlooks a canal. It's quiet but close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The reason we keep coming back is that it's always very clean and well stocked, plus the views of the bay and canal are relaxing.

Clean, Organized, Well-Decorated

The cleanliness and organization of this property was fantastic! We enjoyed the views from both the back and front decks, the refreshing pool and the quiet community. The short walk to Northside Park, Dumser’s and miniature golf was especially convenient with a toddler. Our week long stay was great and we can’t wait to return next summer!

Awesome place and great location.

Lovely Condo on the Bay

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great deck overlooking the bay, very clean, 15 min walk from the beach. Short walk to 3 ice cream parlors, mini golf, and a pizza place. Thank you for letting us vacation at your beautiful beach condo!

Fantastic experience

We've been coming here the past 10 summers and this property was the most memorable. Simply put, the owners of this unit truly care about the renters. Everything from the modern look and feel to the linens/towels provided. The view is terrific and we didn't even realize it was next the big park that hosts many events through the summer. We hope this unit is available next summer because we would definitely love to return!

Beautiful

We were very impressed with this place. It was exactly as pictured. More importantly is was very clean. Everything we needed was there along with a guide to say where everything was located. The balcony was a great size and very relaxing. We could not have found a better place. Very pleased with our stay. We would definitely go back again.

Five Star Rental

This condo was perfect for a small group week rental. The location was tucked away from all of the major hustle of OC but close enough to walk to the beach, the park, restaurants, and shops. The condo has been recently renovated (new flooring since these photos were taken) and the furnishings are clean , comfortable and up-to-date. The outdoor space was fantastic - uncovered deck on the slip side and a covered deck on the other side with partial bay and park views. The kichen and bathrooms were fully stocked with appliances, utilities, and toiletries. The in-unit washer and dryer were noisy but very convenient. There's plenty of space to spread out, relax, watch tv, take in the views & sunset, walk to the beach, shop, dine, etc.

Great accommodations & great location

This property is so lovely - well appointed, has everything you need. The owners clearly care about their guests comfort - from the carefully labeled items in the laundry nook (i.e. fresh batteries for the remote, extra dryer sheets, etc - who does that?) to the brand new mattresses - we could feel their generous hospitality. The location is ideal for small children with easy walking access to Northside Park, ice cream parlors, pizza, Starbucks. We really had to push ourselves to leave the immediate area because it was all so convenient. We can’t recommend this condo more highly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Property: Island Hidden Harbour 304A 125th St. Bayside water Property Address: 205 125th Street (Aruba Building) 304A Ocean City MD, 21842 Beautiful place, very clean, well equipped. The pool was nice as was the view from the back deck. Highly recommended

5 stars! ⭐️

We were impressed the moment we walked in. Clean, beautifully decorated and everything updated. The beds have new mattresses and were so comfortable! The view is mesmerizing. The property is quiet with friendly families. Only 2 suggestions: We would prefer a lock box with the key on location rather than drive further in to OC to the agency. Keep in mind it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator so pack belongings in a couple smaller bags rather than one large heavy bag. But it’s totally worth the walk up! Loved everything about our stay!
