Unfortunately, this property was not as advertised and appears to need significant maintenance.Upon arrival, the home had a strong mildew odor which appeared to come from the leaking upstairs shower in the king bedroom. Every time it was used, the odor returned, the floor under the shower became soggy, and there are visible water stains on the living room ceiling below.Within 30 minutes of arriving, we contacted the rental management company and reported all of our concerns. Especially about the bunk bed saying making it unsafe for three young children to sleep. We were assured an “urgent” maintenance request would be submitted and that someone would contact us within 24 hours. We never received a call, message, or visit.Although the home advertises three bathrooms, only one was fully functional. The upstairs shower that leaked in addition to the downstairs shower that was impractical to use due to the height of the shower head and its fixed direction. Children could not use that shower and most adults can't fit.Additional issues included broken dining chairs, cracked deck chairs, burned-out light bulbs, a bathroom doorknob that fell off and locked someone inside and the walls and baseboards were dirty and in need of some maintenance. The only positives were the clean stove and refrigerator and the spacious two-car garage. Overall, we cannot recommend this property in its current condition.
