This is a very cute room, very clean and well stocked. Just the right size for my husband and I. The only suggestion I would make is maybe upgrade to a queen size bed as the full is a little small for two adults. Check in and check out was very simple and the people at the office was very kind and greeted us with a smile. The views off the patio were amazing.

ProThe location is great, 26th Street on the bay side and close to or just a bus ride away from all the happening spotsConThe entire condo smells moldy, no air circulation at all, and no smell of cleaning products being used. There's no screen door on the sliding doors to allow fresh air. There is no window coverage [curtains/shades],for at night, all the neighbors can see inIf you didn’t read the details of the rental disclosure, it is a 3rd-floor walk-up, no elevator, so if you have luggage, groceries, etc, be preparedThe bedroom is the first room you walk into. I didn’t notice this when booking from the images providedThe ceiling fan in the living room stays on 24/7. The fan remotes weren’t working to allow you to turn it offThey did not provide toilet tissue or paper towels – apparently, you have to bring your own. Luckily, there is a 7-11 on the corner, but be prepared to pay 4.00 for a roll Just so you know, there is no dishwasher or dish rack to dry your dishesThe refrigerator smells as well. We only used it to keep drinks in it; either it needs a deep clean or change out the baking soda box that’s in there because it isn’t working.If you are allergic to dust, this may not be the place for you, there are dust bunnies everywhereBring your own bedding! Glad I did, the bedspread and the million pillows they use to decorate the bed with were dirty, no way they were washed after every visitor. This was my first time with this company, and I was not impressed.

Very cute place on the bay. The view was gorgeous Small but for our short stay it was perfect. Spent majority of our time on the balcony watching the boats in the Bay. Short walk across coastal Highway to the beach.

Nice small room on a quiet back street close to nearby attractions and restaurants! Many mini golf courses around and Honeys breakfast has the best breakfast I have ever had, must stop and enjoy! No blinds on balcony sliding glass door but not to many places can see inside if they cared. There is a pocket door in between the bedroom and kitchen for more privacy if you like. Didn’t use the Kitchenette but looked fully stocked to me. Also has a Brita water filter in fridge to use. Very relaxing place to stay.

It was ok. A/C didn’t reach sleeping area so it was hot on that side if house. Couldn’t use balcony because sliding glass door was broke! And I didn’t realize it was up 3 flights of stairs!! I don’t recall seeing that on line.
