Great location

Property was in a great location! Our family fit comfortably, very spacious! Having multiple bathrooms was great! Very nice neighborhood! Outdoor amenities were a nice perk! Would stay again

Great location but could use a good cleaning

The house itself wasn’t bad, location is fantastic, but it has seen better days. It was not clean, I bought some cleaning supplies and spent 30 minutes cleaning the mold from one of the showers. Fans have an inch plus of dust on them. Doors, walls and light switches covered in dirt from never being wiped down. The mattresses need to be replaced. I ended up sleeping in the couch.

Teal Drive review

The property is spacious and has amenities however it was extremely dirty. When we arrived there was a strong musty odor. There was dust, dirt and dog hairs all over the ground floor (kitchen, dining areas, living room). The coffee table in the living room was sticky and kitchen counter tops were attracting flies. There was a mousetrap on the ground in the kitchen and multiple dead flies stuck to fly traps all over the ground floor windows. The front door lock doesn’t work so we got locked out of the house for a period trying to get in. The properly management then gave us alternative key. There was black mold on the window AC units. In one of the rooms there was a thick layer of dust under the dresser. We had an asthmatic teenager who had to sleep on the couch because the air quality in his bedroom was so poor.

Good value

This is a good value. The home needs to have enough silverware for max people it allows, twin bunk is not able to be slept on because it has what seems to be a metal cable down the mattress, one of the queen lower needs a new mattress. One side sags while the bed support gouges you on the other . There is no grill as the listing talks about grilling. It is however in the garage with sand toys, beach chairs and other items that are for owners only. Understandable but should be taken out of listing as being able to grill. Window AC units work well to cool the home. Plenty of movies and books. Furniture is comfortable in the living areas. We enjoyed our stay. I loked the owners have cleaning supplies and tools if needed during the stay and an owners closet of items that if used can be replaced. Things like that make it feel like home during your stay.

Good not great

The good: plenty of room for 10 of us, good tv, great neighborhood, plenty of items for the beach in the garage The not great: We asked if they had items for the beach and never got an answer (see above “the good”) so we drove with many supplies they already had Vacasa sent us to another location the day of to get the key, which was new news to me and kinda threw us off a little bit. No extra blankets for anything /no extra sheets for hydra-bed in master We arrived to a Greasy kitchen floor Ac was kinda weak downstairs and could use one more window ac or portable This was a Musty moist older house Very little toilet paper on-hand (we had to buy our own) Ver little paper towels on-hand (we had to buy our own) Two total trash bags Shower in master was kinda weird w one knob for hot, and then on the farther opposite side was the cold, which made no sense Issue With the either (power chord, outlet, or lamp) by bed on left side (closest to ac) they should either remove that lamp or fix the electrical
