Only one block from the beach, located in North OC on 136th street. Enjoy the enchanting atmosphere and modern amenities like AC, heating, Wifi and even hair dryers in the 2 bathrooms. The spacious balcony has room for plenty outside. Rainy day? No problem, enjoy the indoor heated pool! You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Welcome kit is also provided for every guest. Includes shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, dish detergent, scrubber, toilet paper, paper towels..etc. (we usually have extras available). NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE OR OUT ON THE BALCONY! There is a designated smoking area right before you get on the elevator.

QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 11PM-7AM

Please comply with the Ocean City Noise Control Ordinance. Be mindful of those around you. Especially those who live in the units here year round. No loud music, parties, yelling, horseplay, etc. Keep the noise down while out on the balcony as well especially late at night or early in the morning so others don’t hear you. We have to be considerate of those in other units as they are considerate of us!

Unit is on the 1st floor. YouTube TV is available in all bedrooms. Plenty of pots and pans, silverware, spices, coffee maker, blender.. etc. Mop, broom and vacuum is located in the closet near the kitchen. All cleaning materials are underneath the sink as well as the trash can. 4 ice trays are in the freezer and we have a Brita in the fridge for filtered water. Elevator is available or you can take the steps to the property (not that many steps fortunately!) Beach is only a short walk away, one block. Balcony is super spacious with plenty of chairs available to sit. Trees are right in front of the balcony so there’s not too much of a view but it’s great for some privacy. If you stay during the off season when the leaves fall from the trees, there is more of a view and beautiful sunsets. North OC is on the quieter side and it’s usually less crowded this way which is perfect.

Keep in mind this unit is right along Coastal Hwy so you WILL occasionally hear the traffic outside! Please know this before you book with us. It’s not super noisy from inside but you will hear a motorcycle or big truck going by, not so much the cars.

The heated indoor pool is nice and spacious and perfect for when it’s a rainy day! Located on the 2nd floor. Hours are from 10AM-9PM. Pool key will be provided.
