This condo was listed as "Sleeps 16", which made our party think it was one big unit. Well, when we arrived, it was two seperate units, and we would have to all split up. Parking was a joke, as there was no clear outline of where we supposed to park. When we walked up to the units, the outdoor siding was falling off, the unit numbers were crooked and hanging by a nail, and there was no clear direction on which unit was ours. Upon entering the unit downstairs, there was dirt that was swept under the entryway rug, mouse feces in the dish drainer and in the trundle bed spread (which was also stained), and the entire unit smelled as if it had flooded and no one bothered to clean it up. The backyard had siding laying all over, the outdoor furniture had been tossed and was dirty. The upstairs unit was somehow worse. Everything seemed fine when first walking in, but soon we noticed mold on the ceiling in the hall, mouse feces on the trundle, and mold/mildew on the windows and ledges. This property was in shambles! Luckily, the property management company had EXCELLENT customer service and made everything right with a new unit!
