The ac did not work properly for the first 2 day it took them a while to fix it. The dispensers in the shower were empty, then when replaced they put body lotion in the hair conditioner container spot in the shower. Also, when trying to make a reservation at the restaurant the staff was unprofessional so we went out for dinner and avoided the restaurant. Saying this the staff did eventually fix the ac and the front desk staff and manager was nice.
