The prime midtown location allows for a short walking distance to Fager's Island, Seacrets, Bad Monkey, Alley Oops Midtown, Johnny's Pizza, Fractured Prune, Dunkin', Candy Kitchen, Nick's Mini Golf, and Odyssea Watersports. A short three-mile drive to Ocean City Boardwalk, eight miles to Ocean Downs Casino, and five miles to shopping at the Outlets Ocean City. The midtown location also allows for quick access to the Route 90 bridge. Extra perks include a washer/dryer, central air conditioning, a large jetted tub, smart TV, and access to a community outdoor pool.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
