The condo it self was very nice however the couches were filthy with some spots that looked like blood, I would not even sit on them. The railings on the balcony were covered with green I think mold. The blinds in the living room and first bedroom had missing slats. The master bedroom blinds did not close, I had to get on a chair to physically drag them across the track so we could sleep at night. The bathroom shower door actually came off the track completely !! We spent very good money to rent this condo and it was a disappointment.

The good…The location is perfect, right at the inlet. We could walk everywhere and parking in the garage was secure. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice. We didn’t cook while we were there.When we had maintenance issues the property management company was quick to respond. The bad…The furniture in this unit is outdated and dirty. White and blue sofas are brownish and very worn and uncomfortable. The bar stools were also in need of a cleaning. The blinds were broken and wouldn’t close. Open packages of food was left behind from other people in the cabinets. This made me question how clean it was. The linen package was a trash bag of towels that smelled like popcorn. They did put sheets on the beds. The dryer stopped working after two minutes of running. They promptly sent a repair person but it needed a part. We were allowed to use another units washer during our stay although transporting our laundry to another floor was a pain. There was a very dirty a/c filter left in the laundry room. The a/c was running with no filter. Overall…I would stay in this building again and in a property managed by this company but not this unit. It was not worth the high cost we paid.

Location, views and convenience!

Best views, clean, excellent response time from rental agency. Linen service very nice. We planned a few meals to prepare in the condo, really need some decent pans, a sharp knife and more silverware. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location, beautiful room

Arrived a bit confused as it was our first time at the location but great communication with the rental team to get us settled in. Location could not have been better as the building was right on the boardwalk. Room was as pictured and a great place to be in the evening. Thank you to the owners for sharing.

Convenient location. The unit needs to be refreshed

Overall, our stay was pleasant, location was great. We had a challenge with the TV in the living room and was the only TV with cable (live TV). The TV's in the bedroom were ROKU. Did not have TV in the living room for 2 full days. No compensation was provided for the inconvenience of time and disruption. The furniture is tired and should be replaced. Living room has a pull out bed in the couch and was a challenge to sleep on, even for kids. The building is very nice and pool area is well situated in full afternoon/evening sun. Enjoyed walking out and being on the beach in minutes, a huge benefit! Overall, would come back, but not to this unit, until it is refreshed.

The property was just ok the pictures on line were way better from being told to park at certain spots then being told i was at the wrong spot from the alarm going off twice in one day being told to evacuate the build the furniture was sub par the beds seem like they were just hanging together

Beautiful condo, but needs some tweaks

The condo is beautiful, comfortable and inviting. The location is great if you want to be close to everything. Loved having the keypad door lock, and not having to visit to pick up all check-in items at another location. The condo was clean and had just about everything we needed. A few things could be better...the kitchen is sorely lacking in dinnerware - only one wine glass, no serving dishes, one lonely dishtowel. The lighting in the guest bathroom had one light out, and the ceiling fixtures in the guest and living room were terribly inadequate. The guest bedroom didn't even have a table lamp, which made reading in bed impossible. I think the fireplace needs to be checked out, turned it on one evening as it was chilly, but while in the master bedroom could smell gas, turned it off immediately. The parking garage is a nightmare. We had two parking spaces - but not even on the same floor - with no discernable reason for the numbering system. Fortunately, a security person had been walking the garage when we arrived and explained where our spots were. Also, during our stay the garage door was broken allowing anyone to just walk in. Not so great for security. All in all, a very nice building and condo. Would recommend it to friends and family, but the owners should add kitchen items and up the lighting. We enjoyed our stay and would stay in the building again, but would choose a condo with ocean front views.

Ocean City Beach Vacation

We enjoyed the location of the condominium with easy access to the beach and pool. As for the condominium unit, we found the kitchen to be poorly provisioned and unit very dated. We ended up going to the store to purchase our own pots, pans, plates, etc for the week long stay. Since our granddaughter has food allergies, we need to prepare meals in the condo unit. Also, there was no light in the smaller bedroom and the wall paint was marked up. This was reported to the property manager. We ended up purchasing a bedroom lamp for out stay.

Ocean City 2022 Trip

The location of the condo it fantastic! Walking distance to all boardwalk rides, great restaurants on the bayside and the beach. The view from the balcony is beautiful. You can see the ocean, inlet and the bay. We also saw the wild ponies on Assateague Island which is right across the way. It is a short drive over the bridge to West Ocean City which also has some fabulous places to eat on the water. The condo was super clean, beautiful and quiet while inside. My family and I had a wonderful time and cannot wait to go back next summer.
