Bright, friendly and well-maintained apartment, approx. 60 m² (3 rooms) for 2–3 people on the first floor, modern and comfortably furnished. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, dining table, chest of drawers and smart TV. The fully equipped kitchenette has an oven, four-burner stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge-freezer (installed: April 2025). The bedroom offers a cozy double bed, a large wardrobe, a sofa bed and a CD player. A separate second bedroom for another person is equipped with a wardrobe and washbasin. The new, spacious bathroom features a shower/toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and heated towel rail. Each, the bedroom and living room, has a balcony with panoramic mountain views (south and east balcony) towards Nebelhorn and Söllereck. Free parking directly at the house. Free Wi-Fi. Bread roll service available on request for an extra charge.
