This modern farmhouse is extremely centrally located between downtown and north Berkeley. Within a half a mile are a Bart station, Trader Joe's, the Gourmet Ghetto and its amenities including the Cheeseboard, Safeway's and the post office, the list goes on. Campus is 3/4 miles away.

In case you do need to drive, there is an off street parking spot available behind the house. It comes fully furnished with linens, kitchen amenities and everything else you need for your stay.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. We had a great stay at the Farm House! The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient and the host was wonderful to work with. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Great management

The property was clean and comfortable. The property manager (Sunny) made a Herculean effort to make sure our stay was perfect. I would rent any VRBO property from her.
