Wanted to give this place a great review. It looked nice and when we arrived everything seemed fine. However, at 10 PM we discovered that none of the hot water was working. Contacted the property manager and got no response. We were finally able to locate the water heater, in garage which was difficult to open because of faulty doorknobs. There were no lights, so we had to use our flashlights. The unit wasn’t plugged in. We plugged it in and finally had hot water. We specially booked a place that had 3 bathrooms because of our group of 6. Next we found out that we can’t shower at the same time because the water pressure was so poor. If one shower was running, the other shower water was trickling out of the head. The next day, one person in our party turned on the ceiling fan in the bedroom and laid down in bed for a nap. Next thing we heard him yell, and found out that part of the ceiling fan light casing broke and fell onto him in bed. The host has still never responded since we arrived. This level of communication was incredibly frustrating and disappointing considering we paid over 1,000 for the weekend. Had we not figured out the hot water situation on our own we would’ve had no water for the whole stay.
