A number of bedrooms have direct porch access. Decks and porches galore, covered porch, outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Florida room and observation room with stunning views of marsh, ocean, Southport, and lighthouses!
Accessibility features include wider doorways to major rooms, raised toilet in the master bathroom, grab rails in master bathroom tub and near the toilet. This home also has an elevator making it partially handicap accessible.
