great location, needs updated
The property is in a prime location. It is on the west beach and ocean front. There were brand new appliances (stove/refrig, washer/dryer). However, ALL the doors (front/back, and laundry) locks are horrible. We were locked out even with our keys. They called maintenance and his keys did not work. He finally was able to access the cottage, where there were 5 key rings with 4 keys/ring on the table. Of these, he tried and only 2 out of the 24+ keys worked. Maybe graphite in the locks may have helped. The furniture was outdated and the bathrooms were old and worn. Shower curtains had mold on the magnets which were to hold onto the tub, and instead the shower curtain would stick to your body (a gross experience). The cleaning was minimal and the property management sent over a 'top notch' team who spent 2 hours and left the place clean. The location was Perfect and although it was ocean front, the dune access was not easy to navigate and blown shut. This place would be PERFECT, if there were attention provided to it.
