Stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar seats 6, dining table seats 8, large flat screen cable TV, WIFI, and more! Linens included, loft with game table seats 4, books, and games. Recent renovations include freshly painted walls, planked floors throughout, Electric Barbecue grill, Garbage disposer, New Beach Bar and Barstools on ocean fron deck, Ceiling fans in all Bedrooms, Loft and Greatroom, updated furnishings, new microwave, new bedding (2 CA-Kings) and more. Washer/dryer, HVAC, enclosed outside shower and ground level entrance full bath. Pet friendly. No Smoking.
