Staff was very friendly. From 4 people, only 1 person managed to have hot water for about 3-4 mins. The other 3 was forced to have cold showers in the cold weather.

Horrible MANAGEMENT

The location is average, no sign board to say that's the apartment building. No one answered the phone, tried few times. No tea, coffee, toilet paper or spare blanket. Manager or the supervisor was most of the time not there and will promise then disappear. Poor apartment design, photos are deceptive. Horrible service...other guests were complaining and arguing with them, comman theme.

Great place

One of the best places I have stayed in nuwaraeliya. Great location, good facilities and enough space for 8 people.
